Year 6 Residential to Morfa Bay - May 2022
Year 6 had a fantastic trip to Morfa Bay - where the great outdoors become their new classroom for the week.
Below are the pictures from their trip.
Day 4
Today was our final day of activities and the children all completed their final activities including bush craft, high ropes, zip line and archery, to name a few. We were spoilt with the weather and were bathed in sunshine for most of the day. The day was finished off with a barbeque, rounders and a disco. The children have had a great time and are looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow.
Day 3
The class are all enjoying themselves lots and really getting into the swing of things. Today lots of the class headed down to the beach to do body boarding and the rest will be doing it tomorrow. The food has also gone down really well and we had a roast dinner and pasta with donuts for dessert. The children are burning off lots of energy and you know its been a good day when they're all in bed asleep as soon as it's lights out. Another brilliant day.
Day 2
Another amazing day at Morfa Bay. The children have been busy doing lots of activities including - caving, a mud assault course, climbing and a trip to the beach.
Day 1
The class have had a brilliant first day at Morfa Bay with lots of smiles and laughter. After arriving and settling into their rooms, the class then set off on their first activities - with some of the class orienteering and others doing archery and mountain biking. After the activities, the group then tucked into a lovely dinner and then had a hike to the beach. It's also been lovely to see how quickly the class have started to make friendships with the other children from Crudwell. A first great day all round.
