Station Class had a blast celebrating Sir David Attenborough's birthday on Friday. 

 The children came in first thing and made caterpillars using syringes and watered down paint. It was a fun activity and they enjoyed using different tools to do mark making.

 Later in the afternoon, the children listened to various animal noises and had to guess which animal produced it by sitting on the chair with its image on

 The afternoon also had some special quiet time as the children sat quietly outside and watched a male robin going in and out of the play shed to feed his family bugs and worms.

 They finished the day with a caterpillar cake and sang Sir David happy birthday.
