These photos are from our Anglo Saxon Engage Day. We researched dyes that they used to dye materials. We used beetroot, red cabbage, onion skins, spinach and pine cones. We also learnt how to weave and made a bracelet. In the afternoon, we looked at Anglo Saxon artifacts and drew them in Art. While learning abut the Anglo Saxons, we have also been writing with quills, researched warriors and weapons. We also learnt about their clothing and the materials they would have used.
